No, Giv3 only validates that the NFT is in the wallet of the giveaway creator.
At the moment manually once the creator validates that the winner has completed the required steps, it is part of our plan to allow the NFT to be sent automatically to the winner.
On the page /participants you can go and click on the button "Export CSV".
Once the designated giveaway time has expired, on the /giveaways or /participants page you can click on the "Choose winner" button and Giv3 will automatically select the winner.
